Get ready for three days of celebrations! There’s something for everyone!

THURSDAY 18 JUIN 2026

9 am – 1 pm: School Day

Workshops on music, writing, sewing, beatmaking and much more, all in French, for pupils in Grades 5 to 8.

3.30 pm – 5.30 pm: Mario Kart Tournament

First released in the 1990s, this is a game everyone knows. Get your consoles out and practise for an unbeatable intergenerational tournament!! Knockout rounds on Thursday 18 June, finals on Saturday 20 June. 🍄 Registration opens on 15 May.

3.30 pm – 5.30 pm:  Card Tournament – 500

For anyone young at heart, the Program for Seniors Active Living, Franc’Aînés invites anyone 55 years ror older to participate in the annual 500 tournament. For more information and to register send an email to emilani@accueilfrancophone.com

6pm to 10 pm – Movie Night

There will be two feature films being shown :

6pm to 8pm – a family film outdoors in the park

8:15pm to 10:15 pm – a film for more mature audiences at Magnus Theatre

VENDREDI 19 JUIN 2026

LGS is set to headline the BONJOUR Festival on 19 June 2026

5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. VIP Cocktail

The evening will begin with a VIP cocktail reception, an exclusive activity where you can meet the artists of the BONJOUR Festival and enjoy a convivial moment. Great company, refreshing beverages, and the smooth music of the Joe Petch Quartet will be waiting for you. Tickets for this event are sold separately.

6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Opening Ceremonies

7:00 p.m. – Emerging Artists Showcase

The performances will begin with the music class of students from École secondaire catholique de La Vérendrye, as part of their final exam. Don’t miss this showcase of emerging artists!

8:15 p.m. – Alexandre Tétrault

Alexandre Tétrault is an extraordinary Metis fiddler from the Red River region, his performances are in high demand in Manitoba and Saskatchewan at Francophone events. He’ll have you up on your feet and dancing in no time!

9:30 p.m. – Le Groupe Swing

To close the evening, Le Groupe Swing (LGS) takes the stage, a flagship Francophone Canadian group for over 25 years. Their music energizes all generations. Known for their contagious energy and feel-good atmosphere, LGS promises a festive show that celebrates Francophone pride and brings the audience together.

SAMEDI 20 JUIN 2026

12 p.m. – 5 p.m. Family Day 🎪

Come join us for a fun-filled day with family and friends. There will be a variety of activities: street performers, close-up magic, food trucks, the Mario Kart tournament final, a basketball tournament, kiosks, and performances to make for an exceptional Saturday afternoon.

5 p.m. – Martin Blanchet and Café Paris

A captivating concert performed by the popular Martin Blanchet Jazz Quintet, whose intimate atmospheres will enchant your early summer evenings. Their performances explore a wide range of musical genres, from jazz to classical, with touches of world music. Known for their recognizable jazz arrangements of classical French repertoire, they will offer you an unforgettable evening, recreating the intimate atmosphere of a Parisian café—outdoors, under the summer sky.

This will also be one of Martin’s final concerts before his departure: a very special opportunity to come and greet him, say hello and goodbye.

7 p.m. – Flora Luna

Flora Luna (aka Geneviève Freynet) is an award-winning artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, offering lush alternative pop in both French and English. Winner of the Réseau des grands espaces / Festival Les oreilles en pointe award (France), she launched her international career with notable acclaim in 2024. Nominated for three Trille Or Awards in 2025, she is establishing herself as a rising voice on the Franco-Canadian music scene. A semi-finalist at the Festival international de la chanson de Granby and winner of Chant’Ouest in 2022, she has performed on major festival stages, including the TD Winnipeg International Jazz Festival, the Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac, the Coup de cœur francophone festival as opening act for Vincent Vallières, and the Festival du Voyageur, where she opened for Jill Barber.

9 p.m. – Kourage

Kourage is the stage name of singer-songwriter Benoit Ouellet, originally from Bas-Saint-Laurent (Rivière-du-Loup). He offers music at the crossroads of indie pop and French pop-rock, infused with emotion and sensitivity.

His musical universe is introspective and often inspired by personal experiences, addressing themes such as love, breakups, and life cycles, in a style that is both melodic and catchy.

On stage, Kourage stands out with an energetic yet vulnerable presence, featuring a somewhat enigmatic artistic persona that contributes to his unique identity.
